Start your paddleboarding journey on the Humber River.

Our Beginner Stand-Up Paddleboarding Lesson & Guided Tour is a great way to get into the world of paddling!

Our experienced instructors will provide a brief on-land lesson covering the basics of paddling before you embark on your guided tour of Toronto’s beautiful Humber River where you have the chance to see a huge variety of wildlife such as beavers, blue herons, deer, coyotes, egret, mink, etc.!

DIFFICULTY:

Fun for all levels!

MAXIMUM CAPACITY:

Stand Up Paddleboard: 1 Adult or Child 12 years old+ (118 kg/260 lbs)

INCLUDED:

  • Paddle board(s), Paddle(s), PFD “Life Jacket”, Coast Guard Safety Kit, Stand Up Paddleboard Leash
  • Friendly Instructor / Guide 1 guide for 8 or fewer students
  • Brief 30 Minute on-shore introductory lesson from our experienced instructors
  • 1.5 Hour Guided Tour of Toronto’s beautiful Humber River
  • Our experienced instructors to help you every step of the way!

Note: If selecting “Bring Your Own” option, no rentals are included. Please bring your own Stand Up Paddleboard and paddling equipment.

WHAT TO BRING:

  • Dress for the weather!
  • Wear closed-toe athletic footwear you don’t mind getting wet & muddy.
  • Sunscreen, sunglasses & hats, are all recommended for sunny days!
  • Water bottle.
  • Government Issued Photo ID.

MORE INFO:

  • We Start & Finish this event at our Humber Location, so no need for a shuttle.
  • Waivers to be signed on location.
  • Plan to arrive at least 15 minutes early for Check-In to ensure that the group lesson can start on time.
  • Paddlers must be comfortable treading water while wearing a PFD and reaching a shoreline (minimum 20 metres to shore).
