Groups Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling for Team Building and Corporate Group Events:

Events are subject to weather. In the event that we must change dates due to weather or other extraordinary reasons we will contact the customer and let them know as soon as is possible. The client will get a credit for the amount paid to apply to a future Toronto Adventures Inc. Group event. If we must reschedule more than once due to weather the customer has the option to cancel with a Full Refund including deposit.

If non-weather related : A customer can re-schedule a group event only if the customer emails (info@TorontoAdventures.ca) a notice of cancellation / rescheduling of their event, up to 14 days prior to the event date. If proper notice is given then the customer shall receive full credit of the amount paid minus any unrecoverable costs (e.g. city permits, tickets, food, etc.) to be used towards a future Toronto Adventures Inc. Group event. Also, changing Dates less than 2 weeks to an event will cost a $100 rescheduling fee and is subject to availability.

  • Any changes to boat selection must be made 2 weeks before the event. All changes are subject to availability.
  • Cancellations can be made no less than 2 weeks before an event. Deposit is nonrefundable.
