Join us for SUP Yoga practiced right here along Toronto’s beautiful Sunnyside Beach!
Our Sunnyside SUP Yoga lesson builds up the heat in your abs and tames it with the cool breeze coming off the lake. With a certified Yoga Instructor guiding customers afloat, we will practice staying balanced on paddle boards while engaging in a core heavy routine. The effect is an experience that refreshes and challenges the body all at once.

How it Works
We will meet along the calm waters of the Sunnyside Beach. Event goers will be checked in and provided gear, along with a 30 minute orientation on the sand. After reviewing the basics of SUP and key poses, the group will proceed to drift into Lake Ontario for a full vinyasa flow. The practice will begin slow and simple, repeating with familiarity until new variations are gradually woven into the sequence. When the activity has reached its height, movement is reduced, allowing the flow to ease into a period of relaxed meditation.
