October is a great month for paddling all around Ontario! Canada’s scenic fall colours and cooler temperatures make it a fantastic season for experiencing the great outdoors! At this event we provide you with a brief reminder on basic paddling before you launch your kayak or canoe. Note: Spring / Summer Daily Deal customers : Your vouchers will not work for the Fall Colours Program without paying a small extra fee at the start of the event. The Spring / Summer Daily Deal Vouchers expired Sept. 2nd and were extended till the end of September. Customers who book the Fall Colours Events using Spring / Summer vouchers will be required to pay an additional $10 per person in addition to the weekend $5 per person surcharge and HST. This is still a saving of $15 off our regular price.
Fall Daily Deal Customers will have to pay a weekend surcharge of $5 per person + HST.
(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) Intro to Kayaking & Canoeing & Humber River Adventure: This program includes a beginners Kayak or Canoe lesson followed by a guided tour of Toronto’s scenic Humber River, located a 10 Minute walk from Old Mill TTC station.
The Rouge River Location and all Rouge River Kayaking and Canoeing Events have been suspended for the rest of the seasondue to low water levels caused by the extremely dry summer.

(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) $19.95 ~ Humber River to Sunnyside Beach Cafe Friday Night Social: ” Meet our Guides and other outdoor people like yourself” This social paddle is a one-way trip from our start location at the Humber River to the Sunnyside Beach Cafe. During the tour you will have plenty of time to hang out with friends, meet some new people, and get to know our guides. Fridays are meant for having fun and winding down after a long week, and what better way to do it then a paddle and a pint (or other beverage) with friends!
(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) $29.95 ~ Paddle In Concerts: We start this event at Sunnyside Beach, get in our boats, and depart towards Ontario Place’s Molson Amphitheater. Once we arrive we hang out in our Kayaks or Canoes and listen to great musicians such as The Black Keys, Florence and the Machine, Tragically Hip, and more.
(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) $19.95 ~ Paddle-In Dining: This Guided Two Hour Adventure is a one-way trip from our start location at the Humber River to the Sunnyside Beach Cafe. Perfect for dates, this is a very scenic paddle with lots of different birds and wildlife. Once we arrive at the beach, the Sunnyside Beach Cafe has an incredible patio 25ft from the lake where you can enjoy a late dinner or some drinks.
(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) Sunnyside Fitness Paddle: - New this year we’re offering our Sunnyside Fitness Paddle. This 2 hour guided event starts off with a good stretch before embarking on our low impact, at your own pace fitness paddle. Along the way our Instructors will give you tips on how you can improve and get the most out of your paddling stroke.
(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) Guided Kayak Day Trips (Transport included): Coming Soon – just waiting for Bus certification - Pick from our list of several Ontario waterways including The Nottawasaga River, Georgian Bay, The Moon River, and more! These trips are all inclusive, we pick you up in our TA shuttle bus in the morning from Old Mill TTC station from where we drive you to your event start location while your guides give you an introduction to the river you’ll be paddling that day. Once you reach the start location we provide you with your boat and equipment, lunch and everything else you might need for your paddle! From there your 2 guides take you on your adventure down these scenic Ontario rivers and bays, stopping for a lunch around noon, and then continuing onto the finish location where our TA shuttle bus will be waiting to shuttle you back to Toronto’s Old Mill TTC Station.
(2013 Bookings Open December 2012) Humber River to Sunnyside Adventure ~ ” COMING SOON ” We start in our King’s Mill Park start location from where we paddle south down the Humber River to Lake Ontario where we turn left and follow Sunnyside Beach to the Sunnyside Beach Cafe where we give you the option of shuttling back up with us or we’ll take your gear back and you can stay and enjoy the rest of your day at Toronto’s west end Sunnyside Beach.
