We only provide refunds if you purchased an event by Paypal / Credit Card and ONLY if the event was cancelled by Toronto Adventures Staff.

We do not provide refunds to Voucher / Daily Deal Customers. If Toronto Adventures Staff cancel an event then we will re-activate your Voucher Code so that you can re-book into another event. If you booked using a Voucher Code / Daily Deal Code then please fill out the other form “RE-SCHEDULING / CANCELATION FORM”

Your registration to any Toronto Adventures Inc. Event is transferable to a friend.  We do not check names we simply check that you have a valid registration.

ONLY FILL OUT THIS REFUND FORM IF YOU PAID BY PAYPAL / CREDIT CARD AND IF WE CANCELLED AN EVENT THAT YOU WERE BOOKED TO ATTEND, OTHERWISE GO TO THE OTHER FORM “RE-SCHEDULING / CANCELATION”
