Refund Information

Please Fill Out this Refund Request Form so that we can Assist You

We only provide refunds if you purchased an event directly from Toronto Adventures Inc and paid by Paypal / Credit Card and ONLY if the event was cancelled by Toronto Adventures Inc. If you cancel an event 72 hours prior to the event start time, you will receive a credit which can be used towards any activity. If we do not receive an email from you to bookings@torontoadventures.ca cancelling the event 72 hours ahead of time, no credit will be issued.

We do not provide refunds to Voucher / Daily Deal Customers. If Toronto Adventures cancels an event then we will send you a code that you can use to re-book into another event. If you need to change your event date, you must do it 72 hours prior to the event or your voucher becomes void.

Your registration to any Toronto Adventures Inc. Event is transferable to a friend.  We do not check names we simply check that you have a valid registration and voucher.
