Description: Our Office Admin Assistant position is a quintessential part of our Team at Toronto Adventures. As a TA Office Admin Assistant you would be tasked and assisting with a vast variety of tasks including Event Planning, Event Creation, Customer Booking Assistance, Email Correspondence, Assisting Management, Daily Report Filing, Daily Events Admin Setup and much much more.

Requirements: We’re looking for self motivated people with a positive work hard attitude. We’re looking for those who have an entrepreneurial spirit that has them not only completing the tasking assigned but coming up with better ways and ideas of how these tasks might be accomplished in the future for both efficiency and greater customer experience.

Hours: Our Office Admin Assistants generally work hours ranging from 30 – 45 hours per week as the season picks up to full speed.

Pay: Many of our staff spend their off time traveling around Ontario, Canada and the World. Our pay is competitive in the industry.
